Status update as of September 9, 2024:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) closed in August 2024. An evaluation committee, led by the University Council IT Committee Chair and comprised of faculty, administrators, and staff, will evaluate proposals in September 2024. An advisory committee, with members from the research, teaching, school/college, and service areas of the university, will join the evaluation committee in attending vendor-led demonstrations throughout September 2024 and will provide recommendations for vendor selection. EITS plans to share an update on the outcome of the RFP process and the name of the next enterprise survey vendor in mid-fall of 2024, pending any procurement challenges.

Status as of July 31, 2024:
The Request for Proposal (RFP) for UGA’s next enterprise survey research tool was released during the summer of 2024. Throughout the fall of 2024, UGA Procurement will coordinate an evaluation of proposals from qualified vendors. Current plans are to share an update on the outcome of the RFP process and the name of the next enterprise survey vendor in mid-fall of 2024, pending any procurement challenges.
