A search is underway to potentially identify a new enterprise research survey tool for UGA, which could result in a decommission of Qualtrics by August 1, 2025.

Why is this happening?

Qualtrics mandated changes to its licensing model causing unsustainable price increases for UGA.

Additionally, Qualtrics has historically been used for administrative forms and workflows. These functions should be migrated to other tools that are now available to meet these needs.
